The Hertford Chapter is one of the oldest Chapters in Hertfordshire, having beeen consecrated in 1872. It is sponsored and attached to the Oldest Lodge - Hertford 403.

The Chapter banner has yet to be dedicated but this is scheduled for 17th October, 2022 which will also be the Chapter's 150th anniversary.

The central emblem is similar to the Craft banner which depicts the old seal of Hertford, but is enclosed in inter laced triangles - the HexAlpha.
